Our pop-up weddings are designed for couples who want a beautiful wedding without months of planning or budget blowouts.
Enjoy your own private 90 minute wedding experience, complete with a fully styled mini reception,
plenty of time for beautiful photographs, bubbly and cake, making your wedding feel like a wedding - not just a ceremony.
Every detail is thoughtfully prepared before you arrive, from the celebrant and seasonal bouquet to the ceremony styling,
reception tablescaping and special features, including a champagne tower, bubbly pop, lawn games and curated photography moments throughout the homestead grounds.

When are 2027 dates being released?
We have several pop up wedding days planned for early 2027, the first of which will be released in August.
VIPs get first access to the online booking platforms.
We also have another pop up planned - with a twist - but that's currently top secret!

Can we extend the celebration?
Absolutely! Just not here ;)
While the Pop Up Wedding itself is designed to be a short and sweet ceremony and celebration, couples have the option to continue the day at a nearby Waipara winery.
Book a table, enjoy a glass of wine and soak in the stunning scenery.

What are the bathroom facilities?
You and your guests will have the use of The Stables accommodation during your Pop Up Wedding, this includes bathroom facilities & somewhere to leave coats & bags

Can I bring my dog?
Sorry no, not to our Pop Up Weddings - however we welcome dogs (even horses!) to our other wedding package options so perhaps check one of those out to see if its the right fit for you.

Are you flexible on guest numbers?
Our Pop Up Weddings are designed to be an intimate experience. To keep the celebration personal and relaxed we allow up to 12 people total.
Head count includes the newly weds, bridal party and children aged three years & over - anyone requiring a seat basically!

What is the wet weather option?
In the case of wet weather your Pop Up Wedding will be held in a covered area

What do I need to bring?
Your beloved, your 10 nearest & dearest, your rings & vows...and don't forget a bottle (or 2) of your favourite beverage
